The smart stylus that commands the AI
Designed for HELGI interactive monitors, the AI pen features a microphone for Ask AI voice input and customisable multifunction buttons. Natural paper-like writing with a sintered PE tip, ergonomic grip and wireless connectivity via dongle or Bluetooth. The built-in gyroscope wakes it as soon as it's picked up and turns it off when stored.

Which displays support HELGI AI?
HELGI AI is built into the Android OS of HELGI interactive displays and uses the device's dedicated processing unit. Available features depend on the range: Serie X, with Google EDLA certification, is the reference platform. We check the exact product code together at quoting stage.
Is an internet connection required for AI features?
Features that query external sources — Circle & GO, Ask AI, the search side of AI Topic — need the network. Tools that work on content already on the display, such as Calculator Pro's handwriting recognition, run on the device. This is worth clarifying when the school or office network is filtered.
What is the difference between Bytello DMS PRO and Premium?
PRO covers day-to-day management: scheduled power on and off, remote volume and brightness, online/offline status and hours of use, app and APK distribution to groups of displays, alerts and files pushed to every screen, plus basic support commands. Premium adds scheduled OTA firmware updates and real-time display control for major maintenance.
How many displays can one dashboard manage?
The cloud dashboard is built to scale: ten displays or two hundred live in the same interface, organised into groups by floor, building or site. Monitoring is continuous — the system flags problems before users report them.
Can remote management reduce energy consumption?
Yes, and it is the argument that most often convinces the purchasing office: power cycles scheduled around real usage hours stop screens running overnight, at weekends and during closures. Across dozens of displays the effect on the bill is measurable.
Bytello Class or Note: what should a school start with?
Note is the whiteboard: write, annotate, present and save as image or PDF. Note Plus, on Windows, adds formula recognition, technical drawing and text-to-speech. Bytello Class comes in when students take part from their own devices and content lives on Google Drive or OneDrive. Most classrooms start with Note and add Class when teaching requires it.
Is the AI pen essential or an accessory?
The pen has a built-in microphone for Ask AI voice input and buttons to trigger AI features without opening menus. It is not essential, but it is what makes AI usable while writing: in classrooms where AI is used daily, it is the accessory that makes the difference.
